Hi All,

We’ll start off the 2024 season with a couple of Sportsman’s shows and then get into some cleanup events.

Feb 2. 3 & 4 will be the Eugene Sportsman’s show at the “Lane Events Center”, 796 West 13th Street.  Our booth will be in the “Big Game Room” left of the main entrance.

March 15, 16 & 17 we plan to be in the Klamath Sportsman’s & Outdoor Recreation show at the Klamath County Fairgrounds Event Center, 3531 South 6th Street, Klamath Falls, OR.

April 13th we team up with Public Land Stewards-Bend for another huge cleanup event.  Last year it was totally awesome with 200 volunteers and thousands of pounds of trash removed from the Deschutes National Forest.  Our group, again, will be focused on the target shooting areas and we’ll need plenty of help to get two of the large shooting pits spiffed up.

April 27th is the big one in SW Washington… “Pick Up The Burn”.  The Yacolt Burn State Forest (just East of Battle Ground and North of Camas/Washougal).  This is where all the various recreation groups come together and clean the whole forest in one day.  Again, TNL will lead the way to the shooting spots.

From there we’re planning target shooting cleanups at North Fork Wolf Creek Rd in May and Mt Hood Nat Forest in June.

More to come throughout the summer!

I always send out a Blog post about each upcoming event and I also post it to our Facebook page.  So keep an eye out for any events you can attend.  We like to have a good showing of responsible shooters who take care of our places to shoot and work to help keep them open.  The forest agencies, and general public, need to see responsible gun owners taking positive action to keep our public lands clean, safe and accessible.

As always, we need help furthering our cause of promoting responsible shooting on public lands.  If you can spare a few rounds, please do so!  See the link on the right side of this page and donate what you can.  Thank you!  You’re a good sport!
