Partners:  Arrowhead Towing & Recovery, Les Schwab Tire Center Washburn Way Klamath Falls, FourRunners Klamath Falls, Daren Krag for Sheriff, and the whole Klamath County Community!

Meeting Location:  Hagelstein Park, Hwy 97 along Klamath Lake.

When: Meet at 9 AM at Hagelstein Park.  9.1 miles, (10 mins), North of Klamath Falls along Hwy 97.

Bring outdoor clothing and gloves. If you have them, bring rakes, shovels, trash pickers and/or magnet tools.

Sign-in and safety meeting at 9 AM with morning coffee, treats and good conversation with people you’ll be glad to meet.  We’ll divide into teams and conquer our missions!

Cleanup until 1 PM.

1:00 PM Event Concludes. Meet back at Hagelstein Park for a great appreciation lunch and social time.

All are welcome!  We recommend children be of age 12 or older and be under adult supervision as there may be hazardous materials and sharp objects.

Firearm Policy:Handling or use of a firearm during event hours is not allowed at our events and is not an official part of our events.  You may recreate as you wish after the event concludes.

Tire Recycling provided by:  Les Schwab Tire Center, Washburn Way, Klamath Falls.

Green Team 1
Short shooting pit on Green Diamond. 8-10 Volunteers to remove trash.
Red Team 4
Patrol the nearby Off-Road trails for trash. Need 4x4 vehicle. 4-6 volunteers.
Team JunkIt
Help haul payloads to dumpster. 1 volunteer to help truck #1 with loading & unloading. Only 1 volunteer needed.
Traffic Control Team
Directing traffic up and down the hill along the one lane road. 2 volunteers needed.

Blue Team 2
Dry lake bed #2. 8-10 Volunteers to remove trash.
Black Team 5
Patrol the main forest roadways for trash. 2-4 volunteers with empty pick up beds.
Team JunkIt
Join Team JunkIt with your pickup and/or trailer to help haul payloads to dumpster. 1 volunteer needed.
Team Dumpster Divers
Oversees dumpster operations & helps unload trucks. 1-2 volunteers to man the dumpster located at Hagelstein Park. Only 2 volunteers needed.

You will join 1 group.

Dry lake bed #1. 8-10 Volunteers to remove trash.
Team 6
First Aid. 1-2 volunteers on standby just in case. Need to be well versed in First Aid.

Help haul payloads to dumpster. 1 volunteer to help truck #2 with loading & unloading. Only 1 volunteer needed.

Trash No Land Attachment to Event Sign-In Trash No Land 755 K St #8 Washougal, WA. 98671 info@trashnoland.org Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability Form for Trash No Land, AKA (the Organization). I, the below listed Volunteer, desire to work as a volunteer for Trash No Land (the Organization), engage in the activities related to being a volunteer for a work project and do hereby voluntarily, execute this Volunteer Waiver under the following terms: I, the Volunteer, release and hold harmless the Organization and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from my volunteer work with the Organization. I understand that this Waiver discharges the Organization from any liability or claim that I, the Volunteer, may have against the Organization with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my participation on the Organization’s work site. I also fully understand that the Organization does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability insurance, in the event of injury, illness, death or property damage. I, the Volunteer, understand that I expressly waive any such claim for compensation or liability on the part of the Organization beyond what may be offered freely by the representative of the Organization in the event of such injury or medical expense. I hereby release the Organization from any claim whatsoever which arises or may arise in the future on account of any first aid treatment or other medical services that are conducted in connection with an emergency during my time with the Organization. I understand that my time as a volunteer may include various activities that may be hazardous to me and I hereby expressly and specifically assume the risk of injury or harm in these activities and release the Organization from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the activities of my time with the Organization. I grant unto the Organization all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings that are made by the Organization during my work with the Organization, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits that are derived from such photographs or recordings. I expressly agree that this Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the States of Oregon and/or Washington in the United States of America, and that this Waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the States of Oregon and/or Washington. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Waiver shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release which shall continue to enforceable.
